Dealer service charges are crazy compared to the service I can get at a private mechanic, even one who deals exclusively with VW parts. More

Good service, what I expected Check in was a bit confusing and slow. No one came to help me and the man at the desk in the garage didn't say anything to me. Just let me stand there Check in was a bit confusing and slow. No one came to help me and the man at the desk in the garage didn't say anything to me. Just let me stand there for 5 minutes....obviously not his job, I at least thought he could say" someone will be here shortly to help you". Took 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change which was a bit long to wait. Good service otherwise More

Great Service I brought the car in to look at the panoramic sunroof and the ride felt odd since putting on Summer tires. They discovered one rim was dented and nee I brought the car in to look at the panoramic sunroof and the ride felt odd since putting on Summer tires. They discovered one rim was dented and needed repair. Since I bought the wheel insurance they covered that along with polishing the rest. Looks great! They performed maintenance on the sunroof and it’s been quiet since. I appreciate the fact they looked for any recalls or technical bulletins to be thorough. Now to enjoy my GTI! More
