Walk-in Service on 2014 Touareg Had a problem with my battery draining overnight- that was just the symptom of another issue. Turned out I must have spilled coffee onto the middle console and it shorted out the parking break button. As a result the board computer did not shut down at night and drained the battery. Excellent detective work, and had a loaner for the time they searched for the problem, even though I was a walk in customer. More

Had an emergency breakdown Driving into work one morning, I had engine problems and managed to get the vehicle to the dealer. Even though they were booked solid for the day, I set up an appointment for the next day and planned to leave the vehicle overnight. Later that day they called and said they had a chance to analyze the problem, gave me an estimate which I ok'd, worked on the vehicle and got it back to me by 4pm.
