I started out working with Tom but because of a special out of town trip, he put me in touch with Helton…who couldn’t have been better to work with. Everyone was kind, friendly, and there was absolutely zero pressure to make a purchase (even after I asked to test drive one of the showroom vehicles which required moving multiple vehicles out of the way!!). I drove back in the following day to bring in the title for my trade in, and I was met once again with polite and sincere kindness by the staff. I haven’t purchased a new car in a long time (and that wasn’t the best experience) and so I was a little anxious. That said Hector and the team at Westside VW was incredible to work with- he was even great with my four kids that I had in tow. Truly an all around wonderful experience. Thank you!! More

I worked with Helton at Westside Volkswagen when I went in to look at a used, 2020 Jetta R-Line. I hadn’t looked at a VW before and wasn’t sure what to expect. On top of that, I was looking for a bit of a unicorn. I wanted to find a car with a manual transmission but a lot of features, like heated seats and steering wheelThe Jetta R-Line comes that way. I initially went in without my wife to check out the car. Helton showed me the car, focusing on the features I was most interested in. He made sure to answer any questions I had about other features, too. We went on a test drive that highlighted the key features. Helton made the drive enjoyable. Back at the dealership, the buying discussion was easy and low pressure. There was a bit of the usual back and forth, but it felt more casual than it can. I worked with Moe as part of that process he was easygoing to work with, too. I felt I had time to think about the car, discuss the car and purchase with my wife, and come up with a good decision for both of us. We went back the next day to trade my car and make the purchase.
