What a great buying experience. Had trouble with my trade in (blown engine) and was worried that I would be left to deal with my problem on my own. I've been servicing/buying new/used cars from Westside VW for over 30 years. Last bought used from Tom a year ago; I always go to Tom. Sat. noon couldn't get key in column.....Tom arranged for a rental thru dealership before I had a tow arranged...(he gave me the warranty tow # )...he's got my back and ALWAYS accessible. Honest, thorough, great listener. Brett, Toby, and ?John Olson, Reinhart have been great on the service side. I'm senior, live alone, spend a lot of time in my car........I need consistent service and I get it. It is so great to be dealing with the same people over time. In the end it's all about trust and relationships, respect. Oh, I never feel like I get treated differently/badly because I'm a woman/older. More
