Having told him specifically of the vehicle I wanted, he was very prepared for my visit and had the specific vehicle a following Saturday as planned. First of all, i brought my car in for a routine recall notice. My appointment was for 930am, and I was told over the phone it would take no more than an hour. Alan came over to tell me, with a smile, that the appointments have been taking two hours dye to the computer updates controlling the appointment. It would have been great if they were HONEST up front. I am now writing this at the two and a half hour mark. I guess I should be used to this, as previous appointments have NEVER been on time. I was a price-oriented buyer on a 2011 Jetta. They met the price I found at a dealer elsewhere. They also helped finalize the purchase paperwork quickly and did much of this online.
