They were very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgable. I felt like I was helped though the process, and not pressured. I am impressed with the Used Certified programs offered by VW (and Toyota). I was looking to lease a new 2012 Jetta SE with a manual transmission and Luther VW had just what I was looking for. I was unsure at first but after a few days of thought and one more test drive, I knew this was the perfect vehicle for me. I was also worried about financing due to the fact that I do not have much for credit history but luckily Maura helped me out big with getting me into a program made just for recent grads. It got me "A" tier financing and also covered my first months payment! I was super happy about my experience there and I will definitely be a return customer in the future. I have never had a car dealership do so much to make sure that all of my needs were met and that I was comfortable with all of terms and the vehicle before I signed the papers. The car needed an alternater belt, tensioner, cabin air freshener & I added the timing belt,water pump, under body protection shields. The car is great- quieter engine sounds great.
