When after a test drive noticed a light out on the h Vad, my pre-owned sales rep was friendly and informative. I bought a used 2006 Mazda 6 Sport. When after a test drive noticed a light out on the headlight array Vad said they would fix it and they did. If your going there to "haggle" a lower price good luck, prices don't appear to be open for negotiations. I did get the tank filled though free of charge, which was nice. I have purchased from Westside VW in the past. They have consistently had great Sales staff and service, so I decided to try them again this time around. This time was no exception! Once again I had a GREAT buying experience at the dealership when we came in to purchase our VW Routan. The Management and Sales Associates are so helpful and friendly, low pressure, and they really know their stuff. Steve Hendricks is always so much fun to talk to and work with and Jim Southwell is a 5 star Sales Associate! We loved working with Jim will send more business his way when we have a chance. He was so easy to talk to, he knows and loves german engineering, (like I do) and it seems clear to me that he does this job because he truly loves these cars! Buying a car is nerve wracking and to have an experience like ours really took the pain out of buying this car. Thank you so much for making our purchase so enjoyable! We love the Routan! They will see us again when we are in the market for another vehicle! More
I had an appointment to check out a newer Passat with high mileage, but great looks and power. When I told Bobby that it wouldn't be the best for me because of price and potential problems, he knew his i high mileage, but great looks and power. When I told Bobby that it wouldn't be the best for me because of price and potential problems, he knew his inventory and brought out a 2004 with low mileage and a better price. He worked with my trade and got me a great price and super loan so it could drive it home. The whole experience took less than two hours and everybody was terrific. I am sending friends and family to find the cars they need from Westside and Bobby Scala. More
My 2012 Golf is the 4th VW I have leased from Luther Westside Volkswagen since 2001. The dealership has always been great to work with and the service dept. very good too. My last dealing with Michele Westside Volkswagen since 2001. The dealership has always been great to work with and the service dept. very good too. My last dealing with Michele Pogue was awesome and came together over the phone since I had driven the Golf back in July. This is the second time we have worked together and probably won't be the last. Considering I keep coming back for 10 years now says alot about the service and staff. I love my Golf and VW. More

Nothing too terrible to say about my experience, however I guess I expect more from a dealer when I'm about to drop $20,000+ cash on a vehicle. My sales guy had no personality, gave me very generic answers I guess I expect more from a dealer when I'm about to drop $20,000+ cash on a vehicle. My sales guy had no personality, gave me very generic answers to my questions and wasn't friendly at all. I think he knew right away that I was going to purchase the vehicle I had been looking at for a while so he probably figured he didn't have to put forth any effort in the transaction. He actually snickered at me when I asked if there are any buyer incentives for paying cash instead of financing the vehicle. What do I know...? I haven't purchased a new car in 10+ years. He did, however, go out of his way to help me install my car seat in the new car as I was struggling big time. The last thing I have to say is that I was appalled when I got home and realized my tank of gas was almost empty! Had I noticed this at the dealership I would have demanded they provide me with a full tank. The business guy, Keith, was very nice and friendly but rushed through all the paperwork. They appeared perplexed that I wanted to know what I was signing. All in all I'm thrilled with my car but not with the dealership. More
