During my inital visit to this dealership, I was greeted with what i would call "normal" interaction from my salesman. His intent was to get to know me a little and not just "make a sale". I have purchsed over 60 vehicles in the past 15 years and my experience with David Hartman has been the best by far. On returning with my wife to drive the vehicle and make a decision, there was still a good feeling about it rather than the anxiety one typiclaly feels when in a car dealership. Rather than ringing the bell and letting us wait alone in a room as the paperwork was being completed, David spent nearly 45 minuets going through every detail of the vehicle with my wife. There are things that she now knows about her car that she may have never known which makes her feel more comfortable in it right from the start. I would absolutely push anyone I know in the makrket for a vehicle in the direction of Luther Westside VW and David Hartman. More

Nice. Friendly. Patient. Terry and Scott (mechanic) were thorough and patient explaining what needed repairs and then prioritized them for me so I could choose what repairs were the most dire.
