I had an excellent experience with Gervona who helped us choosing a used vehicle. We came to Westside to look specifically at one vehicle which ended up to be too 'used' for me to consider. Gervona listened and only showed us the FWD Tiguans, as there was no need to look at the higher end AWD. We ended up buying the FWD Tiguan. Gervona was also very knowledgable about VWs. This is very important to me, as I will not give the time of day to a salesperson who does not know the products ey are selling. More

Nick and Charlie went above and beyond to get my new Beetle ready for pick up on Saturday. I originally wasn't able to pick up until Tuesday but plans changed.
