Bobby Scala I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't come down on the price of the car and wouldn't come up on the offer for my trade in, but we did like ou I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't come down on the price of the car and wouldn't come up on the offer for my trade in, but we did like our salesperson Bobby Scala and would ask for him again if we ever need another vehicle. I was not completely satisfied with my first vehicle and when I vocalized this to Helton, he came in to the dealership on his day off to arrange for me to test drive and eventually exchange the purchased vehicle for one that I love. He was patient and considerate and did not make me feel uncomfortable or as if I was an inconvenience for wanting to exchange my car. Angie in the finance department was supportive of this decision as well and they helped me recognize I am a valued customer whether I am buying a $130,000 car or $10,000, it made no difference to them as long as I was a satisfied customer.
