They never mentioned it but when I got my car back the drivers door opened smoothly. They went out of their way to fix things, without charging me or mentioning it. More

Brian my car guy was fabulous, he let me talk through what I wanted and never pressured me or made me uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. The only quirky thing I didn't care for as much was the finance guy, he was a bit odd and rushed me through the paperwork. I wish he would have taken a few extra minutes to review the details. Overall that would not deter me from referring anyone to VW. ? and thanks! More

She found the car I was wanting and was very thorough explaining everything about the car and was able to give me the best deal I was looking for. I have dealt with Westside several times in the past, this purchase was to upgrade my 2004 jetta, which has over 200,000 miles that I also purchased at Westside. It ran so well, never any problems, they are essentially rust free with the two coats of nickel on the bottom. People could not believe it was an 04' and has that many miles. I am a dedicated volkswagon driver and look forward to sharing my story regarding my personal experience with this dealership, Michele, and the vehicles that are awesome! Love my new white jetta!!
