I personally hate car shopping because most sales people are just working to get their commission, this experience was very different. Helton wanted to make sure the car would work for me. He was very understanding with my silly questions and gave me a great "dad" speech about not loosing or laundering my new keys (I've never had keyless entry before) that didn't make me feel like he was talking down to me, instead it simply felt like he cared and wanted to ensure I had a good experience. He stayed late to help me finish my sale and even helped set up my phone into the cars system! I almost hate recommending him to others, because then he might be busy the next time I go to buy a car, but you truly should stop by to see what they have to offer and work with this great employee! We did a test drive that afternoon, reached an agreement on Friday, and picked up our vehicle Saturday morning. Not only was Elton very attentive to us during this process; but, he continued to be following the sale as we had to leave for home, with a couple of items that still needed to be addressed. The entire sale has now been concluded to our complete satisfaction. In the future, if we are going to purchase another VW, we would travel to Minneapolis to work with Elton again. More

Very helpful! My radio stopped working and my windshield had some hail damage. I was connected with an auto glass company at the same appointment and was able to set up an appointment to have it replaced.
