My husband and I drove a total of 8 hours to get a great deal from a very professional salesperson, Helton Cerqueira. We arrived during rush hour late on a Friday afternoon. Helton knew what car we were looking for and he knew we were serious about purchasing. He had the car we were interested in cleaned up inside and out, filled with gas and ready to go in the event we would purchase it when we arrived. The entire experience took about 2 hours which included trading in our old vehicle. Helton's personal touch, professionalism, and knowledge of the product was extremely refreshing. Every phone call and email was returned in prompt fashion. We felt like we could go out for dinner and maybe for a bike ride with him one day if we lived closer - just an awesome guy who does his job extremely well. He took the time to listen to me, put himself in my shoes, and made a commitment to "right" an unfortunate situation - an unfortunate situation that was of no fault of the dealership or anyone working there. Steve pulled together a team of equally awesome individuals (Tami, Helton, Brian and Craig) to turn my very unfortunate situation into an exciting one. Each one of these employees displayed qualities of integrity, compassion and fairness. At no point in time did I feel like I was "on the other side of the table".
