We were able to complete our whole trade-in and purchase agreement over the phone and were so wonderful to work with it was worth the 6+ hour drive to pick it up. Bobby took the time to always answer any questions and truly cared about my satisfaction with my certified used Touareg I ultimately selected. Craig and Bobby were both efficient so I could get in and out and on my way once at the dealership. Amazing! Not only was Cad from the St. Louis Park location prompt in getting back to me about the availability of the car the whole experience was amazing! From the moment we met the first gentleman outside to walking away in my 2015 Jetta hybrid I had a smile on my face. They even fed me lunch!! Yeah! Pizza! The loan officer worked very hard to get our payment to where it needed to be. Vad gave me a sincere hug at the end and checks up to see how I'm doing. Love this place! We will be going back to trade in our other car next year! Oh and by the way they gave me 2,000 more towards my car than bluebook! Amazing! More

Rub around for a warrenty fix on new VW not bought here I called to let service know my daughter was bringing in car. Rep got huffy when she saw car was bought at other dealership. Then tried to tell me th I called to let service know my daughter was bringing in car. Rep got huffy when she saw car was bought at other dealership. Then tried to tell me they were closing when it was about 4:30. I knew they were open till 7. This caused me to be upset as it was a new car with less than thousand miles, and a panel had popped down blocking review mirror a issue for driving and this was nearest VW dealership to where car was. I reminded rep that they needed to look at this car as hold music/information stated they were Authorized Dealer VW. More
