Left the lot with an unsafe car I bought a brand new VW from Luther. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not properly prepared at all. A few minor things, like the windshield washe I bought a brand new VW from Luther. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not properly prepared at all. A few minor things, like the windshield washer fluid being empty, I could live with. The lack of care in checking the safety of the vehicle is simply unacceptable. The tires are supposed to be inflated to 32 psi, which is clearly indicate on the door jamb. The tires were inflated at 45 psi, which made the car dangerous to handle on the highway. When I told the dealer, she blamed another dealer from whom the car had been swapped. The improper inflation put excess wear and tear on the vehicle and I am still experiencing difficulty with the handling of the car. More

Disappointment If I could go back in time I would never have stepped into this dealership. Salesperson told me the car was good shouldn't have to put any money into it for a good amount of time. Told me that there certified mechanics make sure the cars were ready to go. A month-and-a-half and I had to take it in for a huge oil leak they didn't find the oil leak I had to pay for something that didn't even have to get fixed and now it's back in there and now they send it to another dealership because this so-called certified mechanics say that another dealer might be more fitted for my car. I was very excited for my purchase and for my car and thank you for making my experience on purchasing a car great just amazingly disappointed. More

We were fortunate to have Helton help us the first time with my daughter's first big girl car purchase. He was so easy to work with, friendly, and so helpful! This time, I requested to have him help me and I had an even better experience if that was even possible. Helton once again got me in a beautiful used car that I adore! I stopped in today to finish up some paper work with Brad the finance guy (also an excellent service provider) and Helton saw me pull in, came out to greet me and made me feel like I was his favorite customer!
