I will now need to being my car in again tomorrow. This is a challenge as I am again left out a vehicle for a day! A recurring issue is the time I always wait to get my car after plying. It seems to always take 10 to 15 minutes after I pay for a runner to go over to the parking structure and come back with my car. It would be really great if it was already there or only took 5 minutes. More

Always Problems at Westside VW I'm on my sixth VW, including drivig a Beetle across Southern Africa. I'm very loyal to VW, especially the GTI. Westside VW has pushed my loyalty to I'm on my sixth VW, including drivig a Beetle across Southern Africa. I'm very loyal to VW, especially the GTI. Westside VW has pushed my loyalty to the limit: I can't remember having a smooth service experience there. After being towed 7 times in 4 or 5 years in my NEW GTI, I had to fight for good service. Scratches on the fender from the mechanic's belt buckle, losing the car in a different service lot, no one calling about the car after days, Westside VW being unwilling to pro-actively replace the remaining fuel injectors after being towed twice for them. The list goes on. More
