Fabulous customer service!! I brought my car into Luther Westside Volkswagen for the Luther lights out event. It only took 45 minutes for them to let me know what was wrong. Afte I brought my car into Luther Westside Volkswagen for the Luther lights out event. It only took 45 minutes for them to let me know what was wrong. After finding out it was covered under warranty, they immediately offered a rental car for the day while they fix it so I don’t have to wait there all day! it was completed in the same day and my car runs fabulous! Bait and switch ??? When calling before arranging the 10K check we called the service department. Upon discussing the prices we were informed the price was about $112, w When calling before arranging the 10K check we called the service department. Upon discussing the prices we were informed the price was about $112, when explaining that tire rotation was not needed as winter tires would be installed within the next month the price dropped to about $82. When I went in with the car I was informed the price was $112 + tax, there was not option such as we had been quoted over the phone. More

Suggest rotating staff so that at least 1 tech support staff is at all times covering that frontline drive-in area. Staff are generally behind the sliding door and there is a wait for someone to come into the drive-in area. More
