Usually 100% Satisfaction The sevice department at Westside VW is usually 100%, and far exceeds expectations. The last visit, not so much. One of the tire pressure monitoring v The sevice department at Westside VW is usually 100%, and far exceeds expectations. The last visit, not so much. One of the tire pressure monitoring valve stems developed a problem. In May 18", Westside inspected the part, & determined that the stem was stripped, but was able to R & R the valve stem. It began to lose pressure again in September. Made an appointment & asked the Service Writer to check w/ the extended Audi warranty to ensure it was covered. I specifically purchased the warranty ($2,800.00) , as the Tiguan was 7-years old - even though it had received excellent care. The decision of the Warranty company, was that the part was "too old, & corroded" to be covered. Really? So they would not cover the $300.00 repair. So, I spent this much money on an extended warranty, only to be told that a part is "too old" to be covered?? More

Quick and painless We agreed on a price for my manual transmissioned VW and deposit was made. There was no price inflation on our agreement or ridiculous fees or high pressure to buy thing add on items or warranties. Juri gave me a test drive and made sure I understood the Alltracks features. The closer was a car guy and familiar with my previous vehicles. I was impressed. Drove back to Iowa very happy. More
