Both Carole Jean Anderson and Helton Cerqueira were great to deal with through my purchasing experience. Since that time I have received no fewer than 10 requests for more reviews. I have received review requests asking me to review folks I didn't even meet or deal with. Unfortunately - their system is a "no-reply" system, and despite talking with an employee about this last week, I continue to receive requests for more reviews online. If not for this ongoing junk constantly showing up in my email account - I would have highly recommended this dealership, now I will be reluctant to do so. More

He went beyond the walls of your dealership and drove to my house in Golden Valley to discover why my Jetta would not start. Found a cracked housing for the circuit breakers was shorting out and he got shocked as he was kneeling on the cement garage floor. Another time I was caught in a blizzard heading north on Hwy 100 when the windshield wipers failed to work. Pulled into the dealer and the garage door opened and the owner was the only person there. He found a wrench and fixed the wipers. No charge! I am hooked on West Side VW. More
