Juri was really great! I hadn't bought a brand new car in many years, so I was a second-guessing myself a lot. I changed my mind on colors, trim levels, etc., several times I hadn't bought a brand new car in many years, so I was a second-guessing myself a lot. I changed my mind on colors, trim levels, etc., several times, and in the end decided I wanted something very specific, and not that easy to find near the end of the year. Juri never seemed the slightest bit upset with me, and instead remained calm, friendly, and helpful. In the end he found me exactly what I wanted -- at a very fair price.
