It is a bit unclear if one should wait with their car after driv The only aspect that I would recommend needs improvement is the drop off experience. It is a bit unclear if one should wait with their car after driving in the garage, or walk inside and look for a representative. I presumed the former, but waited almost 20 minutes for someone to become free to begin my process. Considering that I was not a drop-in, but arriving on time for an appointment, that seemed to be excessive. Even if someone were to take a name and allow me to sit in the waiting area, then I could be called when a representative was free - that would be better than standing in the garage. Once I was checked in, all went smoothly and slightly ahead of advised wait time. No issues. Perhaps one minor point - leave a TV remote in a visible area so that we aren't subject to 60 minutes on infomercials on Humana Medicare Care for seniors! :) More
