Luther Westside Volkswagen is staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable people. We came to Luther interested in buying our first electric vehicle, so we had many questions. We knew nothing about leasin and knowledgeable people. We came to Luther interested in buying our first electric vehicle, so we had many questions. We knew nothing about leasing a vehicle, and had so many questions about that, too. Our many questions were answered succinctly and to our satisfaction. Can't say enough about Joe Fifield, who spent a great deal of time walking us through the whole process. He kept us informed as our car was "in transit" for weeks. He helped us understand the many features of the ID.4 during our test drive, and we left the dealership with our new car understanding, mostly, how to enjoy driving it for years to come. It was a wonderful car buying experience from beginning to end! More

Submitted an inquiry on a vehicle that I was interested in and to get some insight into a trade-in that would go towards the new vehicle. I received an email as soon as I submitted the inquiry and received in and to get some insight into a trade-in that would go towards the new vehicle. I received an email as soon as I submitted the inquiry and received communication from Helton first thing in the morning. I had looked online at other Tiguans but this was the only dealership that provided me with all the information I was looking for and even a personalized video of the vehicle before I walked through the door. Working with Helton was great as he had the vehicle waiting for me out front and it was very clean. He answered all my questions during the drive and despite me going in with the mindset of looking at other vehicles/dealers - I knew and was very comfortable in purchasing the vehicle the same day. The cherry on top was allowing me to drive the car home to show my wife so she could be part of the decision and then the financing was even better than initially quoted. Would definitely return! More
