My buying experience at Westside was one the easiest I’ve ever had! I inquired about the car online in the morning after spotting it on the website. Brian immediately reached out via email and let I’ve ever had! I inquired about the car online in the morning after spotting it on the website. Brian immediately reached out via email and let me decide how the sale would go. I appreciated the prompt response, along with his professionalism in asking my preferred method of contact and then honoring that. (Another dealer I recently interacted with did the exact opposite with 3 different over-aggressive sales people reaching out out to me simultaneously, via multiple channels to the extent of being a turn off from even wanting to do business with them.) I test drove the car that afternoon. Brian was super friendly and knowledgeable and kept everything low pressure and fun. When I decide to move forward with the purchase everyone I interacted with made sure the rest of the process was super easy. This experience reinforced why family members have also been repeat customers at Westside VW. More

I have purchased 11 vehicles from Helton. He does not waste my time with the standard car dealer crap. He has sold my son and daughter 4 additional cars. I have referred friends to Helton and they’ve all commented how different his sales style is. I’m 60 plus and I’ve bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships that I’ve never been back to. I drive 425 miles round trip to Westside and will continue to do so as long as Helton’s my salesman. if he goes so do I. The support staff is good but Helton’s great. More
