Wasted time Generally have no complaints but this time was the exception. Was not notified car was ready to go. Top praise for Westside VW Service Department Tiguan developed a transmission leak, two months after a major repair of engine seal failure. Westside informed me, that the transmission gasket had b Tiguan developed a transmission leak, two months after a major repair of engine seal failure. Westside informed me, that the transmission gasket had been pinched during reassembly of the engine/transmission on the previous visit, and took complete responsibility. Fixed the problem, and provided a rental (nice new Atlas), free of charge. The Customer Service at Westside VW is beyond compare! More

It's All About ME! I've had easy work done at Luther Westside and on occasion, painful work done on my Jetta (Which I bought at Luther Westside).
