Good inventory, poor response to potential customers When I decided to get a new vehicle the first dealership we went to was Westside, as I was most interested in a VW or Subaru. On my first visit to your dealership my husband and I were in the lot walking around and no one came out to us. We then went into the showroom, were in/out of cars, opening vehicles, sitting in them etc and NO ONE acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance (not even the receptionist), so we walked out. We went to every other dealership (Jeep, BMW, Mercedes, Buick, etc) and decided before the final decision we would go back to Volkswagen as I wanted to look at the Tiguan before buying a vehicle (had decided on a BMW). Once again, in the showroom no one came up to us and asked if we needed assistance (even though, as in the first visit there appeared to be sales people wandering around and chatting to each other). This time My husband went up to the reception desk and Carole stepped forward and asked if we needed assistance. Once we were connected with Carole she was very helpful, grabbed several cars for us to drive and pursued answers to questions we had that she was unable to answer. Service after being connected with a sales person was good, no complaints. More

Helton was the best to deal with and gave me the insight and helped me understand the significance of a Certified VW. The other 2 salesmen just couldn't compete with the quality of vehicle and the amazing service provided to me by Helton at Luther WS VW. I trusted him and rented a one way car to drive the 4 1/2 hours to purchase this Touareg. Helton didn't let me down, it was at least as good as he described it. 5th VW After 10 great years with my current Jetta it was time to refresh... knew what I wanted, came in and Carol Jean was amazing! Was able to drive the manual in the 35th edition and she went over all the new features of the Jetta GLI (was an automatic-wanted manual). Went for another drive and then she started searching for the color, model, and features I wanted. She found one that was in transit to another dealer and I put down a deposit. Carol Jean had Westside make a deal the next day to get it for me and was expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks! 9 days later she called me and it was in! They detailed it and we swapped black Jettas... 2009 for 2019! Love it. PS my last Jetta was from Westside as well. Amazing service department too. Thank you! More
