Service Department This was my first time at the service department with my new (2019 VW) due to a recall and some problems with ambient interior lighting. While I was impressed with the repair aspect (4 stars), I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the service writing team and the way my car was left in a mess on the inside by the repair technician, hence the 2 star rating. Initially I was ensured that I would have no problem waiting for my vehicle and that it should not take more than 1 1/2 hours to do the work, it took almost 3 hours and not once did anyone follow up with me to let me know there was a delay or the status. When I finally went to find my service writer to ask how much longer he seemed irritated that I came and asked and said it would not be much longer. After another 45 minute wait I finally had my car but now they where unable to find my keys. More
