If you read any review please read this. Helton, Mo, and Tami along with the entire staff at VW Westside believe in customer service. This day and age it seems there are less people working and willing to go the extra mile. My family bought a car from Helton and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. Never in my 40 years have I ever come across a group of people like this. Everyone dove in and made the experience feel like this is how it should be and how it has always been to purchase a vehicle. If I could have this trio in my back pocket at all times I feel like this world would be a better place. Buying a car should be an experience that people should love and enjoy. That’s exactly what happened when I went to Luther VW. I don’t write reviews because I haven’t come across genuine people until yesterday. This review doesn’t even say enough. Take time and invest in this dealership. You will not be disappointed. In my honest opinion, I hope Volkswagen recognizes all the effort this place puts in. More
