Not the greatest first experience I bought a certified pre-owned Jetta. The windshield was cracked at the time of purchase and salesman said someone from Luther would call the next da I bought a certified pre-owned Jetta. The windshield was cracked at the time of purchase and salesman said someone from Luther would call the next day to take care of. That call never happened. Made a few phone calls to Luther service etc. and nobody was helpful in setting up the appointment to get the glass replaced - even though we had a receipt from Luther to do so. Upon further inspection of the car, we found the windshield nozzles did not work properly and set an appointment to get them looked at. The service manager took the car in but stated to my son that we would have to pay the $50 deductible to get this fixed. My son then walked over to the used car building and asked to speak with the manager. She was very helpful and helped my son on set up the windshield replacement appointment and seemed perturbed that the salesman didn't follow through with this order. Once that was completed, he walked back to service to ask for the 100 point inspection sheet that was to be completed for the Certified Car certificate - They couldn't come up with one but quickly wiped the $50.00 deductible. So-net, net, everything was taken care of but outside of management, the dealership doesn't really seem to be customer-centric. More

VW is our choice for entire family! I was on the market to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. The problem was I work in Las Vegas but my wife resides in MN. I didn’t know if that would I was on the market to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. The problem was I work in Las Vegas but my wife resides in MN. I didn’t know if that would be an option for me to make it all happen. On top of that, the color I wanted was only available at Westside Dealership because the vehicle needed to be used in a different state. Steve went above and beyond, communicated with me via email and made the whole process a complete breeze. I also would like to thank Craig who went extra mile with VW Credit application. We are very pleased with the vehicle and now extremely proud to have two Beetles in our household. Fun car buying experience My wife and I had the funnest/best car buying experience dealing with Helton, Bobby and Brad. The dealership was very busy when we arrived to look at My wife and I had the funnest/best car buying experience dealing with Helton, Bobby and Brad. The dealership was very busy when we arrived to look at a used 2012 Golf. Within minutes, the dealership team had the car ready for show, even though we arrived about a half of an hour early. Bobby showed us the car, since Helton was busy. The car was spotless and Bobby gave us a lot of information about the car itself and Golfs in general. As Bobby stated “the car sells itself”. He was correct. After we agreed to the purchase, Helton checked on us a few times to visit about running, which we had in common, and to see if we had any further questions, while Bobby worked on the final details. Our final stop was with Brad in finance. Since we were from out of town and not planning to actually purchase a car that day, we were not ready financially. However Brad, besides sharing family stories with us, helped us to finalize the purchase with our credit and debit cards. He even gave us some credit card tips for future use, as long as the bills are paid on time:) Many thanks to Helton, Bobby and Brad for our most enjoyable car buying experience to date. Before yesterday, we dreaded the process . I would say, without counting, this was around number ten for times we have gone through…This trio made this experience number one for satisfaction. When I arrived the wait time was around 1 1/2 hours, but I came in without an appointment, and the service team was able to quickly service the car.
