He was very thorough in explaining features of the vehicle, and what I felt was going above and beyond in covering little details that aren't normally explained. Helton not only knew about the vehicle, the brand, but you can also tell he has a passion for cars. Truly a great buying experience when your salesperson has a love for cars! Even when a couple of small issues arose he was very prompt in wanting to get them addressed. It was nice to have the feeling that he really cared about me and the experience, versus just selling another car. Great job Helton! More

Horrible customer service!! I drove 30 miles to have my car serviced for a oil leak( $1500.00) . Told to me by your clerk in automotive that it would take 8 hrs. and that was fin I drove 30 miles to have my car serviced for a oil leak( $1500.00) . Told to me by your clerk in automotive that it would take 8 hrs. and that was fine. But to my dismay I would not have no transportation home. He told me to have someone pick me up( which was not an option),sit for 8 hrs., or rent a car for $30.00 a day! Then he had the audacity to ask me what I wanted to do....... I really felt put out, to say the least! You have lost a customer in service and sales! Along with my family!! More

Oil change Worst service. I have had in decades at any vehicle service! Short and curt to begin with. This did not really bother me, i figures he was having aba Worst service. No text when the service was complete. I felt like i was a bother. When i checked on the status i was told i was sent a text an hour and a half ago! No text ever received. He walked by me at least a half a dozen times, and no mention the vehicle was done. I suspect not many phaeton every day! More
