Lacking in customer service Did not see clear signage about where/how to drop off car and was given the wrong information when I asked, which led to me having to walk around the Did not see clear signage about where/how to drop off car and was given the wrong information when I asked, which led to me having to walk around the building, carrying my son and his car seat. Most of staff seemed apathetic about offering customer service, even after I explained I'd never been here before. Tao, however, was very friendly and helpful, as were the employees inside of the service garage. I was also displeased because I was not told anything about the status of my vehicle at check out, only to come home and see in the paperwork that they had recommended a new pollen filter for my car. If I'd been told that before I picked up, or even when I was picking up, I could have had them change it out. Bottom line, I probably will be back because of location and the need to do maintenance at a dealership, but I was overall unimpressed. More
