I can tell you that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying a car from Juri! How often does that happen—that someone enjoys the often stressful experience of buying a new car??!! Juri’s customer service was truly exceptional, and I’m very excited about our new Tiguan! Juri spent a few hours with us as we test-drove both the Tiguan and the new Arteon. He answered all our questions and described his own experience driving his Tiguan—what an excellent vehicle it has been for him and his family, and while he encouraged us to test drive the Arteon, which I’d also expressed interest in, Juri did not try to up-sell us to the Arteon. We just really appreciated Juri’s low-key approach in helping us decide on our vehicle purchase. When we got down to financing questions, Juri brought in Brad Kreisler to answer our questions and to help us work the numbers in a way that worked best for us. Brad was equally affable, patient, and helpful! In short, this was the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had in this my 6th purchase of a VW since I bought my 1983 VW Scirocco in San Jose, CA, when I was 19 years old! More
