It would have been nice to have a tour of the dealership though, maybe to have been shown where service is and where to go for parts or oil changes, but that is a minor thing. More

Poor communication I recieved a text asking about my service with an email for "Nick" for questions/concerns. Nick did not bother to respond. Your company sends me frequent surveys and I always fill them out with a positive response. Yet this 1 time that I am dissatisfied, your company shows no accountability. Additionally, while waiting several hours to have my car serviced, I witness an argument between a customer and employer in the waiting room. Your employer was speaking much louder than the customer. He should have asked to talk with the customer privately, or at least lowered his voice. This experience is not the usual quality I have experienced in the past More
