Maintenance Visit We have only owned VW/Audi vehicles since 2001, which has included purchasing and services some of these vehicles at Westside. In all honesty, I wish I could say Luther Westside is good enough to earn our trust and loyalty, as this would make it much easier as a consumer. Our most recent visit was for 10K mile maintenance on a 2018 Jetta. The bill for this was $168, surprisingly exceeding the cost of my wife's most recent Audi A4 maintenance, which includes a video walk-around of the technician explaining everything that was done and the condition of the car. In February, we had our 10K maintenance performed on a 2017 Jetta GLI at a different Luther VW dealer. The bill for this was $109. More

Needed new tires mounted on spare set of wheels in the trunk The tire order I placed online was not transferred to Westside VW, so when i dropped off the car, they only put the wheels in the trunk on the car, an The tire order I placed online was not transferred to Westside VW, so when i dropped off the car, they only put the wheels in the trunk on the car, and the existing wheels in the trunk. I had wanted new tires mounted on my spare set of winter steelies. Kind of a funny screw up with the system. Nobody's fault really, but an idea would be to make sure the order is passed down from the online ordering website to the dealership doing the install.
