Her experience and manner make her an excellent sales representative and your dealership surely benefits from having her on staff! I admit to sadness over letting my 20 year-old Beettle go and trepidation at the prospect of going through the 'sales' process - even though I felt prepared - but I must say, the experience was fine and I really like my new Jetta! Craig Erickson was also pleasant to work with - professional and personable. My only critique would be the 'time' it took to complete the transaction, but I was expecting to spend some time at the dealership on Saturday! More
