tdi warranty repair I was very pleased that when I arrived early for my appointment my vehicle went right into the service department. I was told that it would take 3+ I was very pleased that when I arrived early for my appointment my vehicle went right into the service department. I was told that it would take 3+ hours to checkout my Passat's ad blue issue. To my pleasure I think that my car was ready for me to head home in less than 3 hrs. Everyone that I came in contact with on this visit was courteous and helpful. The customer lounge was well supplied with a variety of beverages and snacks along with magazines and newspapers to make the time pass quickly. Thanks to all that helped me get my problem solved.
