Fair agreement for irreparable car against leased vehicle Tao and the service department kept me informed along the way for a major mechanical issue that rendered the car repair cost far beyond it's value. He then connected me with Sales who assisted with details on leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. We ended up leasing and I am happy with the car so far (day 4!). More
