Worst service experience ever I brought my car in for factory recall service. I made an appointment but when I brought the car in I was told that no one could help me and waited 15 I brought my car in for factory recall service. I made an appointment but when I brought the car in I was told that no one could help me and waited 15 minutes just to speak with an "advisor" who told me that my car had already had the recall service. After another 15 minutes of back and forth they discovered that they were using the wrong VIN number. Once they figured out the mistake they took the car in for the service advising that they would call in 2 hours. After 2 hours I called them and they said it would be another hour. I picked the car up three hours later when it was ready-and was told my "advisor" had left for the day. They sent someone to find my car and he didn't come back. After 20 min or so I found my car in the lot and asked for my keys. They had now lost the keys. I asked the woman at the service desk if she knew where the keys were and she very rudely announced that "they didn't lose the keys." 10 min later one of the attendants found the keys and walked me to my car. When I tried to start it up there was no gas in the tank. They drained the tank to perform the recall procedure but did not add fuel. I was barely able to start the car. The attendant told me to drive it to the gas station at the "end of the road." I did not make it to the gas station which was about 2 miles away. The car ran out of gas and I called AAA. I am looking at replacing this car with another VW but would never consider Luther for sales or service again. More
