Was first in line at 7am with a 10 day old 2023 Tiguan. My car was taken right away and 45 minutes later it was sitting outside not serviced just sitting .question ed this got the run around. The service tech that checked me in was rude and should not be at this position. I will not recommend this dealership and wish I had not bought a Volkwagan all due to the person that checked me in. Thank you for the good service and advice on my recent car purchase! Brandon and Brad were terrific in helping me figure out which car was right for me. I feel I got honest and good advice. The only cavaet was at the end Brad was with other clients for the final conversation and the day of purchase. I did feel put on the back burner (and they were 1.1/2 hours late in picking me up for another test drive and the final questions). I made the right choice and was in good hands. More
