I thought the salesman was great to work with, but the used car manager made the process difficult from my perspective. I was already preapproved with my bank, so I just needed to get the trade to them t used car manager made the process difficult from my perspective. I brought it, and needed a ride home so that I could continue my work day, but he was adamant that he wouldn't find an uber or anything. That was quite annoying, we're talking $20 ride so I can complete the transaction via phone and email and continue my day, that wasn't right. I did go back 5 days later to complete the transaction because I had to go out of town. The rest of the team was pleasant, and nice to work with, and I'm have happy to have the 2020 VW Passat. More
