Spent almost 7 hours here, because sales man didn’t take the (used) vehicle I was coming to see, to get an inspection at a shop I picked out a head of time- something he agreed to do the day before my arriv the (used) vehicle I was coming to see, to get an inspection at a shop I picked out a head of time- something he agreed to do the day before my arrival. So I had to take the vehicle to the shop for the inspection around 9am, took the shop at least 3 hours to inspect. Did all the paperwork at the dealership while vehicle was getting inspected, to try to help save me time, but that didn’t make a difference, as I was there all day. Drove 6 hours to see this vehicle because it had everything I wanted. Sales guy was friendly/nice and even bought me lunch which I appreciated, but he was pushy towards the end and made a comment about coming in on his off day to help me with the vehicle/sale. Then later he stated he always comes in on Fridays (his supposed off day) anyway. I ended up buying the vehicle, and I love it. They washed the vehicle and filled up the gas tank for my drive home. I’m 50/50 on the experience. More

Recently leased a 2024 Atlas SE w/Technology package via Joseph Fifield and Jeramiah Domino after another sister store failed to have the desired model options / color we were wanting. When contacted, Joe Joseph Fifield and Jeramiah Domino after another sister store failed to have the desired model options / color we were wanting. When contacted, Joe sent a video of the vehicle and the whole lease process from start to finish was flawless. Worth the drive to Luther's Westside, even if living in any other part of the metro to work with Joseph Fifield and Jeramiah Domino. The facility itself is immaculate with a nice lounge / kids area for service needs while waiting. More
