I am only giving 4 stars on this. I has nothing to do with the Salesperson Jason, he was a great person to work with. Before I bought the vehicle, some repairs were going to be done b I has nothing to do with the Salesperson Jason, he was a great person to work with. Before I bought the vehicle, some repairs were going to be done before I went ahead and bought the vehicle. After the repairs were done, I went back to this dealership, check out the vehicle and purchased it. A few days ago, I wanted to check the air filter and make sure it was good and actually had been replaced. To My surprise when I opened the air cleaner box, there was a dead mouse, leaves and some kind of seeds left in there. To me, this is crap work and I feel like the tech who replaced the filter should have spent the extra few minutes and cleaned this out. I know for a fact that there had been mice living under the hood of the vehicle at one time because I found some mouse nest fibers in the one of the holes in the hood and I can smell mouse urine in the hood area. Point being this mouse had to have been from when there was mice under the hood of this vehicle. More

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a car. To start when test driving, Megan was very prepared eith all the car details we were testing. When I noted some issues with one of the cars we w car. To start when test driving, Megan was very prepared eith all the car details we were testing. When I noted some issues with one of the cars we were testing she agreed it needed to be fixed (braking issues) and didn't try to convince us it was fine. We found one we liked and ran into several hiccups trying to find an appropriate car for my 17 year old (older car, payment amount, bank wanting to finance an older car, etc) as she would be making the payments. The entire team went above and beyond to make it happen for the car she had picked out. The entire team was more concerned with us being happy customer than making the most money on the deal. They worked with us on the price and gave us different options to make it work. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. 10/10 More
