This was a purchase, plain & simple, no explanation on use & gap in mileage on Carfax, car was not serviced prior to delivery, received car with 33% oil life left. Paid for diagnosis. Luther Honda made the wrong diagnosis. We had to pay for the diagnosis and the part that was bad would have been covered under our warranty which we Luther Honda made the wrong diagnosis. Because it was fixed elsewhere, the warranty would not pay the full amount. Paid an extra $250.00 because Luther's misdiagnosis. More
