Great service I got in to the service area immediately. Service member, Casey, was a really great guy, very friendly, and new his "stuff." Waiting area was ideal and really used up a great deal of space which I think all "waiters" appreciated. More

Skeptical when 1st called 12/29 in the am and service said they had to check to see if they had parts & would call me back. I called service back in the pm got quite a different message was scheduled next day. On 11/21 & 12/20 it was noted on my vehicle inspection that rear tires were labeled yellow. The tires are less than a year old and I had them rotated after 3,000 miles. Secondly, on both inspection reports it is noted 3 screws are broken off in lower air box is this a major thing? I guess I will look it up in my manual. More

Apply factory fix for 1.5 turbo Honda-CRV Finally got Honda's fix installed for the 1.5 Turbo excess gasoline in the engine crankcase problem. The actual fix was done in a little over an hour Finally got Honda's fix installed for the 1.5 Turbo excess gasoline in the engine crankcase problem. The actual fix was done in a little over an hour and the the people were friendly and professional. No complaints there. My main concern is with HONDA Corporate and WHY did it take MONTHS to come out with a fix for this?? WHY wasn't I notified? Why did I have to find out about this from the Auto BLOGS and Google?? How much long-term DAMAGE was done to my engine due to contaminated OIL? I would feel BETTER if HONDA would extend the original Warranty 6 months to cover the cost of future repairs. Excessive wear and tear of parts caused by contaminated and diluted OIL!!! On top of this, it has cost me AT LEAST $400 in extra oil changes and gas since June 2018. You would think they would have at least been decent enough to help cover that. I would have even settled for an apology letter...BUT NO COMMUNICATION? Seriously???? #FAIL More
