My contact was with Stacey Shegrud. She saw that I was wearing a KN95 mask because I am immunocompromised. No one has ever offered to help like that. That meant the world to me, that she cared enough about my well-being to do that, not once but twice because she did it again when they brought the car out of the car wash. She is a model of customer service. It made my day that Stacy would put herself in my shoes like that. She explained pricing and everything to me. Thank you Stacey.
