Stacy helped me through an issue with my truck a while back and left a very positive impression. She is professional, polite and has a truly customer focused attitude!! Something that is rare. You should feel very lucky to have her on your staff! More

Always takes too long. An oil change (with an appointment) should not take an hour. Plus another 1.5 hours after that because they noticed something was wrong, to only find out something wasn’t f appointment) should not take an hour. Not completely satisfied with my last service!!! The map Not completely satisfied with my last service!!! The map light bulb does not function any different than it did previously. And now the license Not completely satisfied with my last service!!! The map light bulb does not function any different than it did previously. And now the license plate light continually falls out and it did not previously. Thus the mechanic broke it during the service call. Over $50 in parts and service on these two issues. In addition, I recently purchased a map disc for $200 which they scratched. They said the disc did not work, but since it is scratched, I cannot return it! I have always had great service in the past but this experience was a disappointment. More
