Tired of the pricing games. Second Honda I've bought there this year and probably the last. Tired of the pricing games and dishonesty. On the Honda Pilot our sales guy went on Second Honda I've bought there this year and probably the last. Tired of the pricing games and dishonesty. On the Honda Pilot our sales guy went on and on about how we would get the lowest price up front and wouldn't have to hassle or negotiate. When we got the quote we looked on True-Car and it was higher than the highest price that anyone had ever paid on "True-Car". He then came down to the average of what people pay and acted like he was doing us some ridiculous favor. On the current Civic we just bought. They added into the quote $299 for "pulse" lights. - even though they were already on the car and should have been included in the sticker price. Complete gimmick for a completely worthless product. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Tired of the games. I did like Taylor though. Not a reflection on him. More

Brought my Honda Accord back to the service dept to check on a whining noise that I could still hear in the engine after having it serviced on 2/25. Dane was very courteous & prompt in getting my car looked on a whining noise that I could still hear in the engine after having it serviced on 2/25. Dane was very courteous & prompt in getting my car looked at. He said they checked the parts replaced when I was in before & even listened with a stethoscope but couldn’t hear a whining noise now. When I drove it home, I did not hear the high pitched whining noise again. More

There was some miscommunication after a Saturday oil change about a tire rotation, everything was explained in detail. Then three days later a sound appeared in my front wheel well. The service department came and got my vehicle, checked the issue, made sure the sound was gone. They then delivered my vehicle back home for no additional change. The service department has always taken care of any concerns with my vehicle and helped me keep it running so long. Thank you. More
