My car was to Luther 2 times in a short period. One was for what turned out to be a starter issue. They resolved that issue nicely and I believe I rated them well for that repair. Then it was in for a f for what turned out to be a starter issue. They resolved that issue nicely and I believe I rated them well for that repair. Then it was in for a front brake job, during which they found I needed new back brakes again due to a issue with the back driver caliper. I had all four brakes done including a new back driver caliper. About a week or two later driving a mile from home all of a sudden there was a bang and then grinding on my back passenger side. I get out to look and I find that the rotor splash guard is suddenly all bent up and scraping against my rotor and brake caliper. I live over 40 miles away from Luther so I could not do a tow in for service. I brought the car to a local shop and he started that the brake caliper was missing a bolt and explained this caused the impact of caliper/guard and rotor. I was without my car and having to arrange other transportation for almost a week until he could get to my car. This repair also cost me over $100! This is totally unacceptable to have happen with a bolt falling out of the caliper after a brake job!! These should be torqued to spec so they don’t come out. I’m no mechanic but I do my own motorcycle maintenance and I always make sure bolts are tight to spec!! More

I have been so pleased with the customer service I have been receiving at Luther. Everyone is so nice! I love the car wash service. The lounge is the best around and I don’t mind waiting because it doesn’t been receiving at Luther. Everyone is so nice! I love the car wash service. It was quick and easy. They weren’t trying to make me get more stuff done to my car then what I wanted, they just suggested it. The service was fast and easy. I just wish all the Luther Honda Services has th more stuff done to my car then what I wanted, they just suggested it. The service was fast and easy. I just wish all the Luther Honda Services has the same Software I normally go to Brookdale Honda but I moved and St. Cloud is a lot closer for me. They didn’t have any of my information in the system. That was the only downfall of my visit. More
