I had planned to just have an oil change but when I called I was informed there were several recalls. I was told the service would be about 6.5 hours so I said I needed a car and I was informed I would called I was informed there were several recalls. When I went to drop of my van I asked again why I had to pay for a rental and he said it would not take 6.5 hours maybe only 2.5, and he said sometimes calls go to the call center and they give our incorrect information. I said either way I shouldn’t have to pay for a rental to have recalls fixed. I was charged anyway. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it, as I didn’t have time but I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t offer a loaner car free of charge for recalls or any services. More
