I'd like to start by saying that in the past, the customer service at Luther has been fantastic. Because of this, my last three vehicles have been Hondas. However, I was disappointed with my most rec customer service at Luther has been fantastic. Because of this, my last three vehicles have been Hondas. However, I was disappointed with my most recent experience. It took three phone conversations and 4 hours before I was able to schedule maintenance and installation of a new set of tires. I chose Honda for the tires as I had received an e-mail from Honda regarding an $80 Michelin Tire rebate if purchased through a Honda dealer during the month of September. I was told that any set of Michelin tires would qualify and that I would need to follow up with Michelin for the rebate. It turned out that only a few Honda dealers participated in the rebate (Luther was not one of them) and I was not able to get the rebate. Had I known this, I would have purchased the tires through Costco instead. Disappointed. More

I had brought my car in earlier to see how my console could be fixed and was told it just needed a few parts. That was good since I live an hour away.
