I wasn't told that any lights markers were out even though it states I was i would of got them replaced and I still feel that the smoke from exhaust is an issue! Price I was quoted on phone and final price was different if I had known I would of went some where else! I honestly felt like there was no real concern for my vehicle! I know when something is wrong no one test drove the car to address my smoke issue and I felt like I paid 140 bucks for nothing! My concerns were not taking seriously and the fact that there are no real deals at your honda compared to the other locations means I wont be back! Smoke from exhaust means it could be a serious problem and now I feel like I have to go pay more money to figure out whats wrong! And the fact that I was told Nothing about the lights yet its states I was is not ok for me! Now I have to go somewhere to have the lights replaced I would of had it done there stated I was traveling far and wanted to make sure everything was fine so im so confused why I wasn't advised about the lights on the car being out! More

They charged $30 for battery cleaning service they did not complete. The day after they said they'd cleaned the battery (unfortunately a cold, windy evening after dark and an hour away from home) my car n not complete. The day after they said they'd cleaned the battery (unfortunately a cold, windy evening after dark and an hour away from home) my car needed a jump start and I had to wait for an hour in the cold for AAA to get there. We're in a pandemic, I couldn't just go to the nearest building to stay warm. Previous visits have brought positive experiences in the service department at Luther Honda. Not sure if it is worth paying the premium price tag for questionable service. More

The service department addressed the unexpected issue with my new vehicle in a timely fashion. They arranged for a replacement vehicle to be delivered to me while mine was being repaired and dropped min with my new vehicle in a timely fashion.
